Mother Discovers Rape Videos Of Her Baby On A Phone

A teenager allegedly raped a nine-month-old girl while his friend filmed it in horrific videos, the mother found the video on a phone.

Police said the child’s mother reported the incident to them after she found videos on a phone. In one of those videos a Hayes was allegedly seen exposing and touching himself with the child, who was nude from the waist down and still in view.

The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said it was 19-year-old Isiah Dequan Hayes, according to Fox13, and 22-year-old Daireus Jumare Ice was the person who recorded the sexual assault that happened in Memphis.

The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office announced on Tuesday that both men were indicted by a jury because of the accusations.

Along with both being indicted on a charge of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, Ice was indicted for aggravated rape of a child (criminal responsibility for conduct of another), and Hayes was indicted on aggravated rape of a child.

One video showed a man, who wasn’t wearing pants or underwear, as he touched himself while near the child, officials say, according to WREG.

In February, police say, Hayes was arrested after he admitted to molesting the 9-month-old girl, according to WMC5. It’s unknown the exact relationship that the alleged assailants had with the unidentified mother.

Hayes’ older brother, who asked not to be named, told local TV station WREG the family found the arrests “heartbreaking and scary”.

“Us as a family, we apologise,” he said.“I know that the child may not remember but it’s something a mother is going to have to hold on to forever.

“Like, knowing that your child was exposed to something like that. You trusted your child with someone, and you have to deal with seeing this on your own.”

The man wants his brother to get help, and said the video surfaced because of a family dispute.
